New On-Campus Location

Headquarters for APC 2009 will be in the Wong Kerlee International Conference Center in Coleman Pavilion. This will be the site of APC registration, the technical & scientific exhibits, and many of the sci- entific lectures.
 
 
Registration hours:
Friday, March 6, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 8, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Monday, March 9, 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The Drayson Center RECREATION & WELLNESS COMPLEX

APC 2009 participants may have complimentary use of the Drayson Center recreational facilities during the convention, March 4-11, 2009. To qualify please present your badge and a picture ID at the Drayson Center Service Desk. You will need to fill out a waiver form.
 
The following hours are available to you:
Sun - Thur, 5:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. 
Fri, 5:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Roundtable Luncheon

This year, the roundtable luncheons have been consolidated into one general session on Friday, March 6, from 12:00 - 1:15 p.m., in the Campus Cafeteria. Come and enjoy lunch and earn one hour CME credit. The cost is $28.00. Please see Friday’s schedule for more information. You may register for the luncheon on the APC registration form.

Technical/Scientific Exhibits

Sunday, 10-4, and Monday 10-3, Wong Kerlee International Conference Center. Obtain signatures from participating exhibitors, and you will be eligible for a drawing of valuable prizes to be held during the complimentary Physician/Exhibitor Buffet on Monday at noon.

Physician/Exhibitor Buffet

Monday, 11:30 - 1:30, Wong Kerlee International Conference Center. One complimentary ticket to physicians registered for Monday lectures. You may register for the luncheon on the APC registration form.
